Bulk Material Loadout

Area 1

• Over excavate 30’x30’x4′ area and compact 3′ of granular fill
• Form and Pour 28’x28’x18′ concrete foundation with #6 rebar mats top and bottom
• Fabricate and install bins support structure and structural support
• Relocate 4 11’8” diameter 49′ tall silos from flour mill across the road to new proposed location
• Fabricate and install bin top platform
• Repair epoxy coating inside bins after welding is complete
• Fabricate and install 1-Ladder and bin deck platform between the flour silos
• Install bin live bottom equipment, cut and weld new mating flange on bins for bin unloader
• Fabricate and install new bin top filter openings in bin tops
• Install bin top filters
• Install blower equipment
• Install air locks
• Install bin unload screw feeders
• Install pneumatic piping into extrusion process area

Area 2

• Over excavate 30’x18’x4′ area and compact 3′ of granular fill
• Form and Pour 28’x18’x18′ concrete foundation with #6 rebar mats top and bottom
• Fabricate and install bins support structure
• Relocate 2 loadout silos
• Weld platform mounting brackets on before silos are in the air
• Repair epoxy coating inside bins after welding is complete if applicable
• Fabricate and Install 1-Ladder and bin deck platform between the four silos
• Install bin live bottom equipment, cut and weld new mating flange on bins for bin unloader
• Fabricate and install new bin top filter openings in bin tops
• Install bin top filfter
• Install blower equipmnt
• Install air locks
• Install bin unload spouts
• Install pneumatic piping into extrusion cooker process area
